Using basic hardware, this system has great potential and is very cost effective. It is available as a start-up kit with information panels, ticket dispensers, tickets and a data gathering spreadsheet for basic statistics.
      Customers take a ticket, and wait until their ticket number is called forward to be served.     
     Ticket only applications can be found in Citizens Advice Bureaus, hot food counters and school parents evenings.
